English Brass Bound Oak Peat Bucket. Early 20th Century oak bucket bound by three brass bands. Heavy brass handle pivoting handle. Coopered and staved construction. Well patinated. Originally used to store turf or peat, now used as a kindling bucket next to a fireplace or as a waste basket.
