Pair of 19th Century French Louis XV Bronze Doré Chenets Andirons

About the Item

Decorate a fireplace hearth with this elegant pair of antique bronze dore chenets. Crafted in France circa 1870, each andiron features exquisite, ornate decorations including scroll, leaf and torch motifs; each piece is further dressed with a long wrought iron wood log holder. The Louis XV style fireplace essentials are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a luxurious patinated gilt finish. Versatile, they could also be mounted into table lamps. Measures: 9" W x 22.5" D x 18" H.
