19th Century Italian Carrara Marble Chimneypiece

About the Item

A Nineteenth century Italian Renaissance style Carrara and Statuarietto marble fireplace, removed from a townhouse in Belgravia, London. The frieze carved in relief and centred by a cornucopia flanked lyre, the with opposing urns and eagles to each end, the foliate blocks above jambs with carved panels, on block feet. Restored and ready for installation. Dimensions: 113cm (44½") High, 171.5cm (67½") Wide, 25cm (9¾") Deep, Opening width 129.5 cm x 90 cm high, Outside jamb to jamb 164 cm
