About the Item

A wonderful example of a 19th Century late Victorian polished steel fireplace insert. A raised moulded border fixed to hand etched front panels, the cross lintel with further etched tendrils and raised and etched bullseyes. A central panel over the opening flanked by inner curved side returns. English 1900c Fire opening size: 456mm wide x 600mm high.
