An Aesthetic period Kilkenny marble fireplace inset with Minton tiles, removed the Cornish home of the celebrated British novelist John Le Carré. The fossil stone surround with stop-canted moudings, inset with a series of Minton China Works tiles designed by John Moyr Smith illustrating the Waverley Novels by Sir Walter Scott.
