An early Victorian Statuary marble fireplace with cast iron insert, c.1850, the central keystone flanked by spandrel panels carved in relief with foliage and flowers, with bead mould surrounding the arched opening, the insert with dampner and bowed rails. Carved in fantastic quality pure white Statuary marble. Dimensions: 121cm (47¾") High, 188.5cm (74¼") Wide, 36.5cm (14¼") Deep, Opening width 100 cm x 94.5 cm high, Outside jamb to jamb 166.5 cm wide
