Lovely elegant 18th century fireplace mantel in Carrara white marble.
This Italian beauty with its beautifully shaped jambs with scroll to top was originally build into the wall.
The way the frieze sits behind the scrolls of the jambs, the lovely stylish central shell and the curved and profiled shelf make this fireplace so classy and elegant.
The shelf has been restored
