A fine quality 19th century French fireplace in the Louis XVI manner. The scrolled jambs with rope moulding and carved acanthus leaves. The finely carved frieze with scrollwork, foliage and classical urn to centre flanked by square carved paterae to end blocks. Breakfront, moulded shelf above. Italian Carrara marble.
