A mid Georgian style carved pine fireplace. The frieze with delicately carved scrollwork throughout, with Griffin heads to centre. The jambs with carved acanthus leaf brackets and bellflower drops. Egg and tongue and acanthus leaf mouldings to moulded shelf above, English, 19th century.
