About the Item

A magnificent antique cast iron brazier with deep circular bowl, embellished with four lion heads, dating to circa 1895. This large brazier was once part of a set, positioned at the entrance to a theatre in London. It is an interesting and unusual piece, the bowl supported by a decorative wrought iron structure with large cast iron lion paw feet to the base, making a stunning centrepiece in any outdoor setting.
