19th Century French Marble Illuminated Torchere Column
This large French white marble pedestal is hollow allowing it to be lit from the inside, the column has a stepped octagonal base fluted with a central baluster leading up to a flat round platform top.
The column has a very attractively patterned marble flecked with a little grey, it is in good condition with a slight indent on one side and very heavy, the top can be removed for transportation.
The pedestal is 37” high, and 11” wide at floor level.
