Decorative Italian Pedestal/Torchere/Column
About the Item
A highly decorative painted and gilded display pedestal with a circular stand at the top, above a profusely carved column and standing on a triform base with figural heads and scrolled feet. Painted trroughout in black and red with abundant gilded features.
A superb example in good condition with lovely signs of natural aging and wear.
Measures: Diameter at top 34.5, base 38 x 38 x 38cms.
