Add sophisticated antique character, elegant rustic warmth, and timeless classic style with this lovely, most likely one-of-a-kind, French antique architectural column pedestal with beautifully aged heavily distressed chippy paint patina. circa 1900 Born in France in the early 20th century, hand-crafted of solid pine wood, featuring the original muted blue - gray paint finish, having a demilune shaped top, over conforming reeded pillar case, rising on shaped wooden plinth base. Dimensions: (approx) 41" High, 26" Wide, 17.5" Deep Platform base: 6.25" Tall Column: 34.75" Tall Table-Top: 24.5" x 17" Versatile: As warm and attractive as it is useful, having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a sculpture or bust display, lamp or plant stand, standing cocktail drinks bistro table, decorative shabby chic accent piece, hall console, pier table, placed in a petite foyer as a stunning entry piece, and more. Condition: Great original unrestored antique condition with nicely aged heavily worn distressed patina with scattered chippy paint losses. Strong, sturdy, stable, and structurally sound.
