Marble Pedestals

About the Item

Very fine pair of portoro marble pedestals having an octagonal shape with reeded center pillar. The top is 18 inches by 18 inches. The base is 24 inches by 24 inches. CW4930 Portoro is a fine-grained, black marble with gold veining resembling ripples in a stream. It is quarried in Portovenere, in the Gulf of La Spezia (Liguria), just one-hour drive away from the famous quarries of Carrara (Tuscany).
