Pair of Italian Early 19th Century Baroque St. Giltwood Columns
About the Item
An impressive and extremely decorative pair of Italian early 19th century Baroque st. giltwood columns. Each architectural column is raised by a circular base with a beautiful richly carved wrap around tied berried laurel band. Above the wonderful finely detailed acanthus leaves are the striking spiral fluted baluster shaped supports leading to the circular top display shelves. All original gilt throughout.
