Antique 19th Century cast stone jardiniere with aged painted surface. Residue of yellow paint still visible giving it added interest and charm. This antique vessel from the Mediterranean is round bulb-shaped and has a thick and pronounced lip at top, a band around the center.. The jar stands approximately 15 inches in height, and there are handles on each side. This pot has a beautifully weathered patina, bits of aged spots throughout, and will make a wonderful decorative object for your home or patio. Search terms: earthenware jar, terracotta olive jar.
