Pair of Nierman Weeks French Empire style tole planters. Planters feature tall X-based black plant stands with gold floral stenciling and gold medallions. Planters are removable from stand.
The tole plant stand design is based on a wooden planter created by eighteenth century designer Robert Adam. This piece is functional as well as beautiful: when the container at the top of the plant stand is removed, the base functions as a pedestal.
