Pair of Rare 18th Century French Cast Iron Planters

About

This is a gorgeous pair of cast iron planters believed to have come from Marie Antoinette's farm, L'Hameau de la Reine. L'Hameau is located on the grounds of Versailles. It was considered Marie Antoinette's place of escape. These cast iron planters have Ram heads on either ends and sweet little cherubs busy at work on the sides of the planters.
