About the Item
This vintage pair of Victorian solid cast iron garden urn shape planters date from the late 19th century. This exceptional pair of original planters were produced by J W Fiske & Company of New York City. Featured around the body of each are four decorative open mouth serpent heads. Complementing & enhancing the urns overall appearance are decorative flared border rims. These rims have are accented with unique stylish motifs.
Each urn planter is mounted on a sturdy square shape platform that is signed and dated.
