About the Item
Library stairs from France made of solid wood construction, primarily walnut and finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. We loved the solid brass finial on top of the pole. There are three steps lined with gilt embossed black leather and a holding stem finished with a gilt brass finial. This piece is in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
