beautiful Chateau De Chasse hand carved stone dogs large size mounted on top and attached to a reinforced base and wrists. Metal tail. Lifesize in the style of the hunting dogs at Chateau De Raray “La Belle et la Bête” Jean Cocteau. Done by a Compagnon Artisan who worked on historic Relais de Chateaux in the Loire and Dordogne France. The history of Raray dates back to the 13th century with the BOUTEILLER family as its first owner.
