About the Item

More information coming soon… Presented on classic pedestals adorned with several layers of ogee molding and geometric carvings on all four sides, this pair of large limestone stags are from Italy. The roughly life-sized deer are well detailed, capturing nuances such as tufts of fur on the neck and torso, the expressive face, and the wide antler spread.
