You viewing an amazing pair of giant Japanese oni figures
Standing at over five feet tall - 162 - these are an imposing pair of devils
Absolutely unique and museum quality pair of Japanese statues
Highly collectable and these are crafted from papier mache, wood and metal
Hand painted so very colourful, check out the expressions on their faces
Their bodies are red with prominent muscles and veins, one holding heavy iron-tipped clubs known as 'kanobo', the other also carrying a spear.

The Meiji period (1868-1912) in Japan was a time of radical change
Oni are horned, ogre-like creatures in Japanese folklore. They have also been described as orc-like, demon-like, goblin-like, and troll-like. However, an oni is best categorized as a type of Japanese y?kai, which includes wicked otherworldly monsters, goblins, gods, ghosts, and spirits
