An antique English stained glass window depicting Ernest Shackleton's Endurance, set in gothic pine arch-top frame. This striking stained glass window showcases a detailed hand painted unusual subject of the iconic early 20th century ship named Endurance, bordered by shades of pink and yellow. A stunning and detailed interior feature, this stained glass would look striking in any period or traditional style property. Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage Endurance, the lost vessel of Antarctic explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, was crushed by sea-ice and sank in 1915, forcing Shackleton and his men to make an astonishing escape on foot and in small boats. The ship was lost for years until it was found in 2022 at the bottom of the Weddell Sea.
