About the Item
One of the real stand out pieces from the artist Maurice Ascalon from his company PAL-BELL, Israel. Great hand feel, with the divine heaviness Bronze possesses. The contrast between the bluish/greenish matte surfaces and the polished surfaces are exquisite.
Maurice Ascalon (Hebrew, 1913–2003) was an Israeli designer and sculptor. He was, by some accounts, considered the father of the modern Israeli decorative arts movement.
