Antique Unusual Swedish 18th Century Hand-Made Country Solid Birch Root Bowl

About the Item

Unusual Swedish antique bowl from the late 1700s. The bowl is a large and heavy root bowl in an organic shape made in solid birch root. Made by hand with a great patina after 200 years of use. It would have been used in the household during the 18th and 19th century for preparing and storing food.
