In the 1910s, the company began hiring artists. Among the first was Anna-Lisa Thomson and Sven Erik Skawonius. The company’s ceramic manufacturing began in the 1960s in response to growing sales. The company now hired some of their best-known artists and designers such as Mari Simmulson, Arthur Percy, Olle Alberius, Carl Malmsten, Vicke Lindstrand, and Ingrid Atterberg to name a few. The factories closed in 1980.
