About the Item
Rare mid-century decorative tray by Danish painter and ceramist Kai Klinge (1925-2000). Made circa 1950s to 60s.
The tray is decorated with a handpainted stylised still life motif with bottle, glass and fruits in a style similar to the work of Giorgio Morandi. The glaze is matte with dusted colors and and the piece is very tactile.
You can also hang this piece on the wall but then you will need to add a hanger.
