Handmade. Striped design. Blue glaze on a cream-colored base. Circa 1930s/40s. Signed with the artist's signature "FP" inscribed on the base. Excellent condition with typical signs of use, small glaze chip on the top. See photo. Dimensions: D 21.0 cm x H 3.5 cm.
