Emil Milan Signed Khaya Wood Divided Bowl with Sterling Feet

About the Item

A divided console bowl carved by American woodworker Emil Milan (1922-1985). Carved from African mahogany, also known as Khaya wood, the bowl is divided into three parts and stands on three weighted sterling silver feet below. The underside of the bowl is signed "E Milan" and "Khaya," the sterling feet are marked "Sterling Cement Filled."
