About the Item

A rare, mid-century enamel on copper decorative bowl, dish or vide poche by renowned Italian artist Paolo De Poli. Features a vibrant modernist abstract design with circular indentations, bright copper and green enameling on the inside and greenish-blue on the underside. With vibrant colors and a unique design, this is a great example of De Poli's celebrated work. In good vintage condition with minor enamel loss on the underside from shelf wear, plus light marking on the inside, as though the bowl was used as a key dish for many years. Metal plaque on the underside reads “P.De Poli Made in Italy” 7" x 7" x 1.5"
