Exceptional Signed Mixed Wood Bowl New Mexico
About the Item
A very finely crafted signed bowl by New Mexican craftsman Joe H. King. With a fine form somewhat reminiscent of Southwester Native American pottery, the primary wood is beautifully grained oak with an encircling band of various mixed woods of different types and grain. The Bowl is finely finished and polished and feels great when held. Marked on the base in ink, “Joe H. king/ Bent, NM 1993.
Dimensions: 11.5” Diameter by 4.25” high.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There is a stable age split on the base above the signature which does not detract from the very fine presentation.
