Handmade Scandinavian wooden bowl. A large mid-century turned rustic container

About the Item

Rustic and large handmade wooden bowl made from pine from Smålandsslöjd, Sweden. Designed by Stig Johnson who was famous for producing bowls, candlesticks and other decorative and practical items in heavy wood. This bowl can be used as a fruit bowl or as a large sallads bowl. The shape it is the simple and rustic, but it is the craftmanship that makes these bowls really nice. All the wood has been seemingly joined together and hand turned by hand into a piece of art, which is in a fantastic condition. This piece is 32.5 cm (12.7'') in diameter and 10.5 cm (4.1'') high, it is in very good condition, only with a few very faint scuffs and the price includes free shipping.
