Italian Murano White Silver Art Glass Bowl Catchall Barbini Style
About the Item
A beautiful and substantial Italian Murano white art glass bowl with a silver leaf design and scalloped edge, Midcentury Modern Italian period, circa 1960s, or earlier, Italy. In the style of Italian designer Alfredo Barbini. This round Murano art glass bowl, with scalloped edge, is predominantly white with a silver leaf design blended into the art glass, finished with a pop of gold color at center. Great as a standalone piece on a cocktail table, etc., or as a catchall vide-poche for items. Very good condition as shown in images and video. No chips noted. Bowl is a nice size measuring: 9.5" Diameter x 2.25" Height.
