A contemporary hand blown art glass sculpture by Mark Eckstrand, circa 1990s. Signed on bottom. A decorative bowl design with curved etches and a base inspired by ocean motifs. Mark Eckstrand is a very highly respected sculptural glass artist who focuses on creating sea life out of glass. With over 4 decades of glassblowing experience, he creates bright, cheerful and realistic glass pieces containing sea life, jellyfish, and octopi marbles. From a private collection. Dimensions: 22"diam x 8.5"h. In very good condition.
