Mid Century Redwood Burl Nut Bowl

About the Item

A Mid Century turned Nut Bowl likely from California with great color and form. A central turned Pedestal has drilled holders for a nutcracker and nut picks. The Bowl with extraordinary and deep color and the whole with a particularly fine form. There is a partial label affixed to the base with the word, “Redwood”. Dimensions: 11.5” diameter by 3.75” high. Condition: Please see detail photos. There are a few signs of age including a chip to the rim (clearly shown in photos) and a few areas with polish loss which do not detract from the fine Period Mid Century presentation.
