Venturi Arte Foundry, Bologna, Italy, circa 1980s
Design attributed to Oskar Bottoli* (1921 - 1995)
Signed on the side : Venturi Arte, Cera Persa, Bologna- #21/500
Consisting of two elements, the gold infused & clear Murano glass bowl, resting on a on organic patinated bronze base.
Executed in the lost wax process (Cera Persa) at the famed Venturi Arte foundry of Bologna Italy.
The design attributed to Viennese artist Oskar Bottoli, known to work with Venturi Arte on many works.
*Oskar Bottoli (1921 - 1995)
Studied post WWII (1945-1953) with Fritz Wotruba at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna. Known for numerous Austrian & European exhibitions and awards.
