A beautiful and substantial Italian Murano bowl with modern whimsical swirl, circa mid-20th century, Italy. Bowl has a ruffled edge with a modern whimsical design in transparent/clear Murano glass, a deep Bourdeau red hue, and a generous amount of silver leaf, intertwined/underside. Great as a stand-alone piece on a cocktail table, etc., candy or nut dish, etc., catchall. Many uses. Very good condition as shown in images and video. No chips noted. Dimensions: 6.75" Diameter x 3" Height.

Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white, silver flecks, copper aventurine, millefiori flower murrines and twisted ribbons Italian art glass bowl / ashtray. Documented to the A.Ve.M. (Arte Vetraria Muranese) company. The pattern is published in the company book. The bowl has a squared shape with tall sides.
