A pair of Swedish bowls by Gunnar Ander, brass and beautiful deep blue enamel inside. Produced by Ystad-Metall, located in the town of Ystad in Sweden. Very elegant oval modernist bowl. Signed with the Ystad Metall logotype and the stylized initials of Gunnar Ander underneath. Gunnar Ander is a Swedish artist born in 1908. He created many objects in metal and glass which are represented in museums in Sweden. He collaborated with Ystad Metall until his death in 1976
