Querandi Hand Graved Art Glass Plate Bauhaus Industrial Style

About the Item

Querandi art glass plate, colored hand graved glass depicting a factory. Bauhaus industrial style. Cameo-cut and sandblasted plum-colored glass platter. Handcrafted in Argentina. Querandí (name of aborigines of the Santa Fe province in Argentine) facility that has produced and exported art glass. German Otto Ullmann becomes the technical manager of the glass factory Bohemia Glass Argentina SRL in Santo Tomé after his emigration to Argentina. Otto and Hubertus Ullmann test together in numerous sample melts of South American raw material and minerals for the production of massive and overlay colored glasses. The factory was open between 1957 to 1976. Dimensions: 13.5"dia x 2."h Art Glass Bowl signed handgraved and still have the original manufacture label.
