Wimbledon-Furniture Wimbledon-Furniture is delighted to offer for sale this very rare 1st century 100ac Roman Amphora Bronze vessel There are multiple high definition super-sized pictures at the bottom of this page An exquisite and exceptionally rare find, nearly 2000 years old, the patina is to die for, the stand is naturally a later addition but it displays the vessel perfectly This piece from a private collection that was commissioned in the 1950s, sadly the gentleman passed away and his collection was put up for sale, there were some marvellous items selling for high tens of thousands, this was a smaller lot but allot more practical for display Dimensions Height:- 15.5cm bronze alone, 6cm on stand Width:- 6cm Depth:- 6cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, for an accurate quote please send me your postcode and I’ll price it up for you This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses SW19-3BE, we can have it delivered nationwide to include Scotland Wa les and Ireland.
