With scenic tondo bordered by floral marly.

Note:
This is a majolica plate, a type of tin-glazed earthenware pottery decorated with a clear lead glaze that gives it a vibrant, high-gloss finish. The term "maiolica" originated in Italy during the Renaissance, and the technique spread to other parts of Europe, where it was known by different names, such as "faience" in France and "delftware" in the Netherlands.
