Splendid Mid-Century round vide-poche or decorative bowl made in curved rattan, hand-woven wicker and brass.This elegant French Riviera style object was made in Italy during the 1970s, clearly in the style of Gabrielle Crespi.
This stunning vide-poche has a round shaped body made in curved rattan enriched by a brass rim. The brass has a wonderful golden patina which has not been polished and that matches amazingly with the rattan, resulting in an incredibly stylish object. The bowl is completed on the bottom by a beautiful hand-woven wicker work.
The beautiful warm colors and the contrast between the two different materials make this piece incredibly decorative and charming. A must have for all the French Riviera style lovers.
A delightful item, in amazing conditions, perfect for a French Riviera or a Modern Organic project.
