Japanese Contemporary Blue Gold Green Porcelain Charger, 2
About the Item
Japanese contemporary gilded porcelain Ko-Imari (old Imari) charger in blue, red, green and gold. The medallion in the center is decorated with an attractive peony in iron-red and foliage in various shades of blue and green on a pure white background, a characteristic of Arita fine porcelain. An intricate traditional Arita floral motif decorates this piece with generous gold details throughout. An attractive geometric pattern in blue underglaze encircles the rim.
The stunning porcelain charger comes in signed original wooden case (tomobako).
