Perfect for hanging on a wall and/or useful as a plate. Designed by Sylvia Leuchovius for Rörstrand, mid-1900s. Midcentury / Scandinavian Modern. Marked Rörstrand Ateljé SWEDEN, SL 43 and LR. In good condition, no dents but two productions flaws.

Stig Lindberg, ceramic tray/ashtray model Domino, Gustavsberg, Scandinavian Modern. In good condition, smaller signs of age and wear. One corner seems to have a small/minimal production flaw. Handmade with charm. Marked: Gustavsberg, Stig L, Domino 13. 21-year-old Stig Lindberg managed to get an internship in the summer of 1973, a time when Gustavsberg porcelain factory was close to bankruptcy. It took about two months for Stig Lindberg to impress Gustavsberg's artistic director Wilhelm Kåge, and after the summer he was offered a position as Kåge's apprentice. Robert Picault (1919 - 2000) French ceramist in Vallauris Robert Picault has contributed to the revival of culinary ceramics by updating traditional local forms decorated with lines and geometric designs. His identity style has been a great success and continues to decorate the table today. His personal pieces are sought after by art collectors. A former student of the School of Applied Arts in Paris, Robert Picault arrived in Vallauris in 1946. He created with his school friends Roger Capron (1922-2006) and Jean Derval (1925-2010), the Callis workshop.
