This is a Jugendstil-style humidor box, manufactured by Erhard & Söhne in Germany, circa 1920. The box has a cylindrical shape with a fitted top lid and an arched metal handle. Its decoration features an Art Nouveau design with stylized tree and landscape motifs in gold tones on a dark background, possibly made of wood or with a lacquer finish. The base of the box is slightly raised by curved metal supports.
