1940s Tin with Dogs and Children, Belgium
About the Item
Vintage tin with dogs and children from the late 1940s.
This beautiful tin box was designed by John Janssens in 1948.
It's a tin storage box with a beautiful design:
Light blue tin with lid, children playing with the puppy dogs while the mother is sitting in the Art Deco armchair. She and mama hunting dog are watching their children who are playing on a beautiful Persian carpet. At the back you see a table with a vase with beautiful flowers and the chimney and in front you see a round Art Deco table with books and a vase. Around the tin, you see the lady of the house with the necklace or the children with the dogs. The tin is signed in the left upper corner by John Janssens.
This tin from the 1940s is in beautiful condition with little traces by age.
