Ancient Travel Toiletry Set, England, 19th Century

About the Item

Travel Toiletry set is an original decorative object realized in the 20th century. Lacquered mahogany box with golden brass finish with lock (key missing). On the front of the secret drawer opening by pressing pin inside the box. Inside it contains bottles, boxes, and containers in cut crystal and silver lids. Contains furthermore three instruments with ivory and mother of pearl handles. London stamps and silversmiths' brands. This object is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any object in Italy created over 70 years ago by an artist, designer or craftsman who has died requires a license for export regardless of the work’s market price. The shipping may require additional handling days to require the license according to the final destination of the object.
