A high quality mahogany table box from the early 20th century.
English Edwardian period, rectangular chest form with fine quality brass hinged lid, opening to reveal a divided interior. The exterior features warm rich mahogany with attractive grain detail and an inset brass plaque to the top.
Having the ideal size and proportions for a variety of different uses, including as a tea caddy, jewelry casket, trinket or accessories case, sewing work box, decorative table box and more.
