About the Item
a beautiful little Birhimham Sterling Silver Pill box with an agate top. The The has a different color slice underneath on the interior. The outside is decorated with what I believe is a Cabochon Ruby. The sterling hallmark dates the box to 1912. The L&S likely indicates the firm of Levi and Salaman. The box has some dings to the silver bottom and sides. Please see the detailed photos.
